I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were initially too hot due to a bug issue, but after moving to a different room in the middle of the night, I found it clean and stylish with everything in good working order. The service was super sweet and attentive, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The location was great for my needs as it was conveniently located near everything I wanted to do in Dallas. However, the dining experience, although awesome, required an additional payment for breakfast, which was a downside. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows, but with good value for money.
